The triangle of quality life: clarity, balance and good energy!

Energy goes where attention goes, says Tony Robbins, the famous American coach (of Croatian roots). “To get what you really want in life, you need a clear goal with purpose and meaning behind it.Once that is in place, you can focus your energy on the goal and become obsessed with it.When you learn to focus your energy, amazing things happen.”

The key to what Tony is talking about is clarity and the associated clarity of mind, or. In Ayurveda, we pay attention to this firstly through our diet, which is our fuel – the fuel that propels us through our daily lives and co-creates our thoughts, which are also our guiding principles. (We have discussed the fact that food is ultimately our consciousness, although already wrote in last year’s blog.)

How the ‘science of life’ treats purity

When (in Ayurveda) we realise that an individual is not ‘pure’ or ‘clean’. In Ayurveda, when a person is found to be ‘clean’ or ‘a bit ‘messy’ due to too long a period of inappropriate food intake (which is not too difficult in today’s world of fast food and traditional foods like sausages, fried chicken and roasted potatoes), we recommend a period of cleansing and then following the recommendations of a healthy diet according to the individual’s dosha.

In addition to the three doshas – vata, pitta and kapha – that primarily determine our physical constitution, Ayurveda also recognises three energies that primarily affect the psychological qualities of the individual or the state of mind. These three energies or states are called sattva, rajas and tamas, and Ayurveda thus invites us not only to consume as much sattvic food as possible (i.e. freshly prepared, unprocessed and properly seasoned food), but also to engage in as many sattvic practices as possible, such as yoga, meditation, nature walks, journaling (or even gratitude journaling, because we can truly be grateful for this unique gift that is Life! J), while avoiding the (dark) tamas under whose ‘roof’ we find, for example, pursuit, envy, jealousy, anger, hypocrisy, indulgence in bad things, etc.

Isn’t it something beautiful to be of pure mind when people or. It is a beautiful thing to be of clear mind, to wish the beings that surround us well-being and joy from the bottom of our hearts, and to have a clear mind that allows ourselves to (re)live to our full potential, which is fundamentally happy, and which only deepens our sense of deep connection to the world in which we live and work, and ensures an endless cycle of the creation and spinning of the good energy that propels us through our daily lives…………………………………………………………………….

But the condition for this is to ensure the aforementioned purity – what in Ayurveda would be called ‘shrot’ purity. channels, from the channels that carry our thoughts to the channels that ultimately carry the very basic body substances like lymph, blood and water, so they have to be as fluid as possible. No activity in the organism can take place without the flow of (energy) current, which is responsible for the development of activation potentials in nerve cells.

For example, according to the Indian guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, also known for developing and popularising Transcendental Meditation, panchakarma (Ayurvedic cleansing) restores communication between the body’s channels or scrotes by removing toxins from the body, and improves the self-referential function of DNA so that biological intelligence has a frictionless flow for the holistic functioning of the entire physiological system. This is because each part of the body is intimately connected to all other parts of the body and the body functions as a unified whole. When the immune system reaches this level of functioning, it maintains its integrity in a holistic manner. Ayurveda aims to make all the intelligence of nature available to the individual physiology through these techniques, Maharishi states.

Personal experience: the body as a beautiful piano 😀

When I went through an Ayurvedic cleansing experience myself a few years ago, I described how I felt to my husband by comparing my body to a piano – as if I had finally, for the first time in my life, got hold of a practitioner and empowered myself to use it on my own body, to finally be able to put it together inside and out, to have it shine in the most beautiful way possible, with only the most beautiful melodies coming out of it.

But of course, taking care of the fluidity in the organism is a daily work, which is why in Ayurveda we don’t even talk about dieting as a limited period of a certain way of eating and functioning, but about a way of life that we adopt for our lifestyle, which is not difficult at all once – a cleansed mind! – we understand that this is what is best for us, because it is the only way to truly be the best possible version of ourselves that we ultimately offer to the wider world.

And as internationally renowned therapist, lecturer, spiritual leader, author and founder of the International School of Advanced Transcendental Hypnotherapy Asya Shirovnik Moshkon, among others, states in her book: “The deeper and better the relationship you have with yourself, the deeper and better your relationship with those around you on your journey through life, the deeper and better your relationship with nature and the living beings around you. You become more connected to Life itself, to Life with a capital Z. And when you become intertwined and connected to your Life, you have made a leap from the paradigm from which you once viewed Life as a struggle, as the enemy, as the unknown. Now you have transcended the illusion of that belief, you have stepped into oneness, into connectedness and a deep inner relationship with the very Force of Life itself.”

And how far are you yourself from the triangle of quality of life (clarity, balance and good energy)? The good news is that even if you feel very far from it at the moment, the power to move closer is in your hands. Completely in your hands.
